Christmas 2013

We'll keep it brief this year. If you're like our family, everyone seems to be flying from one thing to the next with barely a second to breathe. So an itemized list seems in order:

Karen is still working her (way more than) full time job with our church. Most of the time she enjoys it.

I am a part time Art teacher at ACGC Elementary School --and loving it! While at the same time trying to make a little income sculpting.

Drew is in 9th grade now and is enjoying more responsibility and freedom. He's on the swim team again and is making a large cedar chest in Industrial Tech class.

Theo is in 7th grade and is also on the swim team. He recently got interested in the history and lore of Hotwheels cars. If anyone out there has some classic Hotwheels cars, he'd love to see them.

Anissa is doing well on the piano and has progressed significantly since the songs she played for our 2011 Christmas letter. (Maybe if I get this letter going before December 23rd next year I'll be able to put some more of her music in.) Anissa is still an A student and enjoys being in charge.

Therse is also in piano but as with any structured activity, she would rather enjoy the freedom of discovering things for herself. She is such an outgoing and fun little girl.

Quinn is a strong willed girl but always honest. Last night she came to Karen saying, "Mom, I ate the whole bowl of carmel puff corn and now my tummy doesn't feel good. I just couldn't stop myself because it's so good."

We wish all of you the best and hope to see you (preferably in person, but Facebook works too) sometime this year.

Merry Christmas!

Gerry and Karen, Drew, Theo, Anissa, Therese, and Quinn Kulzer
