| Many of the windows include stained and leaded glass. The patterns are complex and often confusing to the 21st century admirer. The “crazy quilt” pattern looks much newer than what one would expect during the 1880s. All of the windows, however, are original to the house.
Wood carvers from around the world were hired to handcraft the elaborate carvings found throughout the Mansion.
