The dining room contains a large oak table and matching sideboards with beveled glass and mirrors. In an alcove, with a bay window, is a large round table. An alabaster chandelier hangs in the center of the room. There are said to be similarities between this room and the dining room at the Chapultepec Castle in Mexico City. The dining set, sideboard, and china cabinet were all custom designed for this room. There is a beautifully carved oak mantel around the fireplace.
The wall covering in this room is from the John Milton and Mary Bell Carson time period. Mary Bell liked the color teal. The monochromatic cream colored cornice frames a metallic gold painted ceiling.
