    • Students are shown how to use some of the tools in Affinity Designer. Students follow along as the teacher demonstrates the shape tools, color palettes and pen tool.

    Students are then given time to make an Sunset illustration similar to what the teacher demonstrated in class.

    Evaluation:
    3 points -- Unite or Add tool used to combine shapes
    4 points -- Gradients used
    3 points -- Multiple objects shown with depth/perspective

    10 points total.
