Mr. Kulzer's philosophy is to give students a good experience in art so they want to become lifelong learners by continuing their art experiences well into their adult lives.

Lessons are project-based and designed to improve students' skills in making artwork. Mr. Kulzer believes that if a person has the skills, they will be able to fulfill all their creative dreams.
