Phone amplifier

Students are shown a bunch of phone amplifiers.

The teacher then demonstrates various ways to make a bowl that will amplify the sound of phone speakers. Students are given more points for creative solutions to the task of making phone amplifiers.


Evaluation:
1 point-- smooth rim on bowl/cup
4 points -- Creative additions to give amplifier character
3 points -- Quality and Workmanship
2 points -- Stands nicely with phone inside and phone hole cut large enough (consider shrinkage).
