  • 8th Grade

    Pencil Illustration

    Students are given a new #2 pencil for class. They are to draw their name and other designs with colored Sharpie markers so that their pencil is original and artistic.

    The decorated pencils should be kept in their drawers so they always have a good pencil to draw with in class.

    Evaluation:
    3 points -- Good use of color
    3 points -- Student's name drawn neatly and readably
    3 points -- Lots of intricate designs
    1 point -- At least one other word included somewhere
    10 points total
