Quinn is the fifth addition to our ever growing family. Her brothers, Drew and Theo, as well as her sisters, Anissa and Therese, are excited to have a new baby in the house.
Drew offered to have the baby crib in the room he shares with Theo so they could take care of Quinn at night when she is hungry or lonely. My first thought was to take him up on that offer because I'd actually be able to get a good night's rest, but Karen brought it to my attention that we're the parents, not Drew.
Anissa helped pick out an outfit for our new baby. She said it should be pink for her little sister. After holding Quinn for the first time,
Anissa didn't want to let her go. Poor Grandma Lori got a bit short changed on baby-holding time.
Now that Quinn is home, her siblings have been very helpful. They love holding her and feeding her. In fact, even after she's been here over two weeks, they still fight over who gets to hold her. Drew has changed a few diapers and was surprised to find out that new babies don't stink that bad. It's still not his favorite chore, however.
