Flywheel
Flywheels are useful to keep a motion going over a span of time. A large heavy disk or wheel is spun and, because of the weight of the flywheel, it continues for a long time allowing motion to continue.

Small engines use flywheels to keep the motion going between the firing of the piston. The flywheel vehicle we made here uses the same concept as the old Mighty Mo toys. .
