  • Functionality
    • The teacher demonstrates how to make a pitcher on the potters wheel, add a spout, trim it, and add the handle. Attention is drawn to the proper way to make a spout so that it doesn't drip down the side of the pitcher.

    A variety of pitcher pictures are shown in class and their merits discussed.
