  • Easter Season
    • The easter season is discussed and the meaning of Jesus' Rising from the tomb is illustrated through various artwork. In pottery class students are able to make a piece that relates to this season using the skills learned throughout the semester.

    Students must make pottery or a sculpture that represents Easter in some way and includes at least two separate pieces that work together, either as a grouping or as a single piece.







    Evaluation:

    2 points -- At least one piece that's 3 inches in one dimension
    3 points -- All pieces work well together and are tied together nicely
    2 points -- Clearly expresses an idea of easter
    3 points -- Quality and Workmanship
