Begin by making a horizon line, two vanishing points and a flat plane sitting on the ground. (note our horizon line is a bit wavy)

Erase the vanishing point lines.

Add vertical lines to each corner, decide how deep the maze should be and draw lines to the vanishing points.

Erase the vanishing point lines.

Add lines for the maze walls that go to either vanishing point, then add vertical lines at the corners.

Now draw a box for the tree trunk.

---

Erase the vanishing point lines.

---

Add a large box for the tree top.

---

Erase the vanishing point lines and add another few boxes to make the tree more random.

Erase the vanishing point lines and begin coloring.
