    • The teacher draws on the board, showing students how one shape can be changed into many different things.

    Then students are given a page with random shapes on it. Their job is to make something out of each shape.

    As an example; below is one of the original shapes included on the students' handout. Underneath that are different characters/things that were drawn using the shape in different positions.
