    • Students are introduced to facial expressions through images and a short video. ( Alternate local video)

    Next, students are shown how to make a pinch pot. The pinch pot is then laid on it's side and round balls of clay are added to make eyes. Tongues and teeth can be added as well. Special note is made that students must scratch up the clay and add slip "glue" to each piece when they attach clay pieces together.

    After firing our Mighty Mouths will be painted.
