    • Students are shown how a grid can be used to enlarge and duplicate drawings. After the demonstration a handout is given where they can duplicate the drawing of Calvin on the grid provided.

    This assignment allows nearly everyone a level of success. The assignment also trains students' eyes to see where lines intersect-- a valuable skill for later still-life drawings.
