  • Projected light
    • Students are shown how to use coil-building techniques to make a small vigil light holder. After the pot is leather hard students can cut shapes into it. When a candle is put in the light will be projected through the cut-out onto a nearby wall creating a beautiful dancing image.



    Evaluation:
    2 point -- Consistent cylinder 3 or more inches high
    2 points -- Smoothed out nicely (ribbed smooth)
    3 points -- Interesting cut out shape
    3 points -- Quality and Workmanship
