Rachel
Many years ago Rachel showed me her collection of Mathematician busts (click here to see 3 of them) that are displayed in her classroom. She said it would be cool to add her to the collection.I finally got around to doing it this year as a demonstration for my classes. 9 inches tall.
Blocking out the forms
Reference photos (they look like mug shots here) are used so she didn't have to sit for me every time I worked on the sculpture.
