Been contemplating mortality lately.

Blocking out and designing phase.

Took the skull away to work on the facial features.

Replaced the skull and indicated where arms should be.

Hands were sculpted but the skull and hands had to be removed to make corrections to the drapery and neck area.

Hands were replaced and hair is being worked up.

With so may "ins and outs", the sculpture needed to be hollowed out in sections. Here is a section ready to be replaced.
