Below is a note Lauren wrote as a testimonial of sorts:
"Gerry is a one of a kind artist, not just due to his incredible work and range of mediums, but in his abundant kindness and dedication to his work. We hired Gerry to do a butter sculpture for our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made for our event. The sculpture was so special, unique, and memorable for us and our guests. It provided a deeply Minnesota touch to our summer wedding and represented the fun tone we were hoping to achieve. Aside from our gratitude for the art itself (which was also snacked on a bit and, by the way, did not end up melting in a full day of 90+ degree weather due to its frozen mass), we are so grateful for Gerry's warmth and joyful communication. He was a complete delight to work with, very thoughtful and clearly deeply invested in the project and in being a part of our day.
