Butter Sculpture 2021

This was the last Princess Kay of the Milky Way that Linda Christensen sculpted.
After 50 years of butter sculpting, she is retiring and passed her "Old Reliable" knife on to me.
Anna Euerle was sculpted during the first two days of the Minnesota State Fair.

Governor Walz proclaimed it Linda Christensen day in Minnesota on August 27, 2021.
