Santa

I made this as a quick study, spending less than 3 hours making the rough face (first 3 pictures).
But after Karen saw it, she said she wanted to keep him. So I finished it off. (Approx. 12 inches tall.)

Below is the finished sculpt. (basically just smoothed the hair and finished the back)






Karen painted it to be more festive, then the following year I added shoulders and a base to make it a proper bust.
