Abbi was a former Princess Kay of the Milky Way candidate who got her portrait sculpted in butter at the Minnesota State Fair.
She said that when she got married she'd have her husband's likeness carved. I was fortunate when Linda Christensen,
the State Fair Butter Sculptor referred Abbi to me. I loved her idea and was excited when she commissioned me to do the portrait.
