Hair, ears and clothing is added. All this goes pretty fast. To refine the portrait into a finished state will take hours upon hours.
I always enjoy speed-sculpting a likeness because it seems like so much can be accomplished so quickly. Now if only I could finish the sculpt as fast! (or be happy enough to call this stage "finished".)
