Introduction to 3-d CAD

To quickly get students up and running with 3-d printing a simple web-based 3-d CAD (Computer Aided Design) software is initially used: Tinkercad.

The teacher illustrates some of Tinkercad's features then gives students time to set up their own tinkercad account.

Students are to make a name plaque to be printed on our Form2 3-d printer.
